My favorite! Thailand
Spending time with Thailand’s gentle giants was one of the most special moments of my travels—an experience I’ll carry with me.
Hi, I’m Natassja! Big ideas, practical plans, and a soft spot for making complicated things work. I’ve helped move transformation at PepsiCo, bring snack innovations to life at Frito-Lay, and turn data into decisions at Colgate-Palmolive.
Here’s the story behind the work. From transformation portfolios to product launches, reporting tools, and new operating systems—choose a company and explore what I worked on, how I approached it, and what changed.
active projects in the transformation portfolio I supported
locations assessed through a co-developed readiness mechanism
estimated annual analyst hours across GR Wikipedia, UPC Tracker, and PopCorners code cleanup

Raised in Mexico, I built my education and the foundations of my career there. Then I decided to take the next step in the United States—to find a long-term opportunity where I can grow, contribute, and build a career that feels like home. I’d love to join a company that sees the value in my skills, gives me meaningful problems to solve, and values the contribution I bring in return.
Along the way, I also helped a growing business turn ambitious plans into practical systems, workflows, and an operating playbook.
My work lives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people. Across global consumer brands and a growing business, I've helped turn ambitious goals into systems people can actually use.
I’ll be the one with a hundred ideas—and a practical, methodical plan to make them happen. I’m curious, resourceful, and happiest when I can make something easier for someone else. Need a sounding board or a hand getting unstuck? I’m the person you can count on to help and follow through.
With a BBA in International Business from Universidad Panamericana, I bring experience working across teams in the U.S. and Mexico. U.S. citizen. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Open to relocation in the U.S.
Listen to the people doing the work. Map the process, validate the data, and define the problem before choosing a tool.
Turn complexity into clear priorities, practical workflows, named owners, and decisions that people can act on.
Train the team, document the process, and create a cadence that makes the new way of working sustainable.
Peer nominated and team selected for helping build readiness insights across 300+ locations. Recognized before 60+ colleagues through Celebrate Success, the program I co-created.
Part of a six-person team that readied 49 new items ahead of the customer’s deadline, compressing the launch timeline by more than a month.
Recognized before 30+ colleagues for GR Wikipedia and the Preliminary UPC Tracker, which together saved an estimated 180+ team hours annually.
Outside of work, I’m usually dreaming about my next adventure. I love traveling, meeting people, and saying yes to something I’ve never tried before. New places, new perspectives, and a little spontaneity make me feel most like myself.

A new landscape, a new challenge, and the joy of trying something for the first time. That’s my kind of adventure.

Helped middle-school students build a hydroponic garden, from assembling the structure to planting seedlings, while introducing sustainable growing and healthy eating. Also joined creative and recreational activities at a girls’ orphanage, an age-appropriate holiday toy drive, and a children’s recreational event.
Helped with feeding, enrichment, and socialization for shelter dogs, and supported awareness of responsible pet ownership and adoption. Separately, helped a dog in need find a home by reaching out to potential adopters.
